The last few days

Saturday:13.2 miles @ 6:35.
Sunday: Easy run
Monday: Easy run
Tuesday: 15min w/u, 5min c/d
1 mile@ 5:39, 20 min w/ 10@6:11, 4@6:07, 3@6:03, 3@6:00, 1 mile@5:36, (treadmill)
Wed: Easy run
Thurs: Easy run

I came to the realization 10 days ago that I failed to taper before my last marathon...so I have really been taking it easy. I figure its better to overdo than to under-do at this point...in a few days we will find out.

My goodness are you speedy; read your 1/2 (frustrating) race report...good of you to extend the offer of sharing the purse! That was a classy move my dear:-) New reader through Jenn, but it's so motivating for me to read about really fast chicks; hoping to keep get faster myself! Good luck this weekend!
